Forward surgical team conducts deployment readiness exercise

FORT JACKSON, S.C. - First Lt. Richard Benson fits Spc. Evan Meadows for a nuclear biological chemical mask in the the Soldier Readiness Process during Phase I of the Deployment Readiness Exercise. Soldiers from the 874th Forward Surgical Team located in Fort Jackson, S.C. conducted a deployment readiness exercise on Friday to prepare for a no notice deployment from home station to anywhere in the world they are called upon to provide medical support.
