FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. - Maj. Otilia Capellan (right), emergency room physician and company commander for Alpha Co., 345th Combat Support Hospital, along with Canadian Officer Capt. Timothy Fee (center) a medic with the 319th Minimal Care Detachment provides assistance to both Capellan and Vuong, both participates in the Global Medic Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. Global Medic is a situational scenario-based simulation exercise focused on the development of 80% strategic/operational and 20% joint medical and tactical skills and is held simultaneously at various locations from Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., to Fort Devens, Mass., Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., Camp Roberts and Camp Parks, Calif.
