PONCE, Puerto Rico - U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Manu Davis, commanding general of Deployment Support Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Rodney A. Davenport, DSC senior enlisted advisor, tour the Port of Ponce, Puerto Rico, during exercise TRANSMARINER-26, May 11, 2026. TRANSMARINER is an annual U.S. Army Reserve exercise that provides reserve component forces assigned to U.S. Army Transportation Command hands-on training to demonstrate the ability to operate as a strategic port.
