ARTRANS teams up with TRANSCOM, Seaport Task Force for port inspection

FORT EUSTIS, Va. - The the strategic Port of Gulfport, Miss. A team from the 597th Transportation Brigade, U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS), joined with other leaders from ARTRANS, the U.S. Transportation Command (TRANSCOM), the 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary), the 84th Training Command, 78th Training Division and the 377th Theater Sustainment command, to conduct a port survey of the strategic Port of Gulfport, Miss., during the week of September 8, 2025, in support of an upcoming training exercise that will test joint expeditionary capability to establish port dominance quickly and supply warfighters at the point of need.
