FORT PICKETT, Va. - U.S. Army Sgt. Guillermo J. Ortiz of San Juan, Puerto Rico, a platoon sergeant with the 246th Quartermaster Company directs a search and recovery mission as part of the Mortuary Affairs Exercise at Fort Pickett, Va., Aug. 22, 2018.
