FORT McCOY, Wis. - Sgt. Bryant Johnson, 10th Sustainment Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, mentors U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 142nd Transportation Company, 77th Sustainment Brigade during the annual Combat Support Training Exercise on Fort McCoy, Wis. August 18, 2018. Johnson was one of three Soldiers brought in from other Army active duty units as part of an Army Total Force Policy initiative implemented by the 181st Multifunctional Training Brigade to improve leadership skills and foster cooperation between active duty component units and their reserve component partners.
