Huge role of Army Reserve harbormasters on display at Big LOTS West 18

JOINT BASE LEWIS-McCHORD, Wash. - U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Rolando Foster, a watercraft operator with the 651st Harbormaster Detachment, works as a police officer in his hometown of Houston, Texas. He has traveled to Tacoma, Washington to participate in Big Logistics Over-the-Shore West 2018, July 11. Big LOTS West 18 is an annual Army Reserve, multi-echelon functional exercise designed for transportation units and sustainment commands to hone their expertise in port operations. More than 780 Soldiers are participating in three training locations: Port Hueneme, California, Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Tacoma, Washington.
