With Honor and Hospitality: 143d ESC supports Military Appreciation Weekend at Westgate Resort

KISSIMMEE, Fla. - A Soldier from Mission Support Element, Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), watches fireworks illuminate the night sky above Westgate Resort in Kissimmee, Fla., May 4, 2018, The fireworks display concluded a free concert that honored America’s veterans and their families. Featuring the Chris Weaver Band, the concert was the culminating event for Westgate Resorts’ second annual Military Appreciation Weekend that offered a complimentary, three-night stay at the resort to 1,500 military families. Westgate Resorts’ executive staff invited the 143d ESC to help connect its guests of honor to the many employment opportunities, counseling services and other veteran-oriented resources available throughout Central Florida.
