MacDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - Seated on a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III cargo plane laden with troops and vehicles, U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, Chief, U.S. Army Reserve and Commanding General, U.S. Army Reserve Command, speaks with Soldiers from the 332nd Transportation Battalion during an aerial redeployment training mission Sept. 27, 2017, in the skies above MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Luckey joined the flight to observe firsthand the 332nd’s sustainment capabilities during Deployment Readiness Exercise Level III. DRE Level III evaluates a unit’s ability to rapidly muster, mobilize and deploy its troops and assets to any corner of the globe. DRE Level III supports Luckey’s “Fight Fast” initiative that designates key Army Reserve units to swiftly deploy overseas to neutralize new and potential threats. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Aaron E.
