Re-enlistment ceremony in Kosovo

CAMP BONDSTEEL, Kosovo - Soldiers from the U.S. Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve participate in a reenlistment ceremony Sept. 26, 2020, near Ferizaj/Urosevac, Kosovo. The Soldiers are currently deployed in Kosovo as members of the NATO-led Kosovo Force mission (or Operation Joint Guardian) and took an oath of enlistment affirming their renewed commitment to service. The KFOR troops are organic to the Oregon Army National Guard’s 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, the Texas Army National Guard’s 100th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, and the New York Army Reserve’s 423rd Military Police Company. KFOR troops are charged with ensuring the safety and security and freedom of movement for all the people in Kosovo in accordance with the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244.
