FORT CUSTER, Mich. - 1st Lt. Joe Neal performs a nasopharyngeal airway insertion on "Steve" a medical dummy during the 300th Military Police Brigade combat lifesaver certification here at Ft. Custer, Michigan. Soldiers from the 300th spent two weeks participating in Operation Spartan Shield as part their field training exercise.
