Mathew Young, an overseas deployment training manager at U.S. Army Reserve Command, conducts a training session on the Mission Analysis, Readiness & Resource Synchronization (MARRS) system to various operations personnel from around the Army at Fort Sam Houston, Feb. 22. When a need is required for a specific mission, the requestor is able to search on the MARRS system while inputting certain parameters. The system then pulls all pertinent information from different databases and populates the system with units that fit the mission.
