NEW YORK - Sgt. Andrew Chang, 6th Team Judge Advocate General, 4th Legal Operations Detachment based out of Fort Totten, and his family pose for a picture after receiving certificates of from Lt. Col. Matt Jenkins (left), commander of 1st Battalion Army Reserve Careers Division based at Fort Devens, Massachusetts, at a reenlistment ceremony at Liberty Island, New York on September 15, 2018. The certificates were given to commemorate Chang’s re-enlistment and show the Army’s appreciation for his family’s support.
