BEST SQUAD COMPETITION 

The U.S. Army Reserve Best Squad Competition has wrapped up at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, and the competition was fierce. Soldiers from across the command gave everything they had, from physical demands to tactical skills, representing their units with pride. Those who earned their place at the top now move on to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) level competition. Seventy-five Reserve Soldiers from around the nation compete in the 2025 Best Squad Competition, an annual event bringing together the best Soldiers and squads from across the U.S. Army Reserve to earn the title of "Best Warrior" and "Best Squad" among their peers.
