MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Michael J. Dougherty celebrates his promotion ceremony amongst family and friends at the 63rd Readiness Division Headquarters, Mountain View, California, Nov. 14, 2021. With this promotion, Dougherty assumes the Deputy Command General - Signal role with the 335th Signal Command (Theater), East Point, Georgia which directs more than 4,000 Army Reserve Soldiers in the United States, Soldiers in Southwest Asia, and throughout the U.S. Central Command area of operations.
