CAMP PARKS, Calif. - U.S. Army Lt. Col. David Spindler, Detachment 5 commander, Western Cyber Protection Center, Army Reserve Cyber Operations Group (ARCOG), 335th Signal Command (Theater), stands in formation with his detachment, as they are recognized by leaders from the ARCOG and 335th during a departure ceremony September 20 at Camp Parks, California. Detachment 5 is deploying to support missions conducted by the Regional Cyber Center -- Southwest, Asia, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
