U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command Soldiers conduct Army Combat Fitness Test

Soldiers serving in the United States Army Reserve conducted the Army Combat Fitness to gain an understanding of the test’s challenges and perspective on their physical fitness.

Soldiers assigned to Headquarters, Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command conducted the ACFT on Saturday, May 15, aboard Naval Support Activity Bethesda as part of their May Battle Assembly.

The multi-event test served as a diagnostic evaluation of each Soldier’s physical readiness while providing a viewpoint on how they can improve their training and nutrition.
