Brig. Gen. Rodney J. Fischer is currently the Deputy Commanding General- Operations of the 63rd Readiness Division located in Mountain View, California. BG Rodney J. Fischer enlisted in the Army in 1985. He served two years as an enlisted Soldier before being accepted into the West Point Preparatory School.
