Army Reserve Ambassadors Convene for First National Conference Since 2018

Lt. Gen. Robert Harter, the 35th Chief of Army Reserve, poses for a photo with Cadet Jordyn Hoit, a Minuteman Scholarship recipient currently attending Hofstra University. Hoit is also an accomplished chalk artist and drew the Army Reserve logo on a portable chalk board as part of the 2026 Army Reserve Ambassador Conference.
