Maj. Gen. Phillip M. Churn, the commanding general for the 200th Military Police Command, receives the unit’s colors from Cammand Sgt. Maj. Craig Owens, during Churn’s relinquishment of command ceremony at the McGlachlin Parade Field, on Fort Meade, Md., July 10, 2016. Approximately 200 Soldiers from the command’s subordinate units attended the ceremony.
