Army Reserve leaders celebrate veterans in annual Bronx Parade
Maj. Gen. Kris A. Belanger, commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division, took part in the 40th Annual Bronx Veterans Day Parade Nov. 10.
