200th holds training event on dislocated civilians
Brig. Gen. David Samuelsen, commanding general of the 98th Training Division, introduces Lt. Gen. (ret) Ricky Waddell to Soldiers during the Dislocated Civilian Operation Training Exercise here in Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, New Jersey. Soldiers from the 200th Military Police Command and the 353rd Civil Affairs Command spent three days on the importance of planning in taking care of refugees.
