Col. Carlos Caceres assumes command of the Caribbean geographic command
FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico- Major Gen. Gregory J. Mosser, U.S. Army Reserve Command deputy commanding general, gave a speech at the change of command ceremony of Col. Carlos Caceres, 1st Mission Support Command commanding general at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, October 16, 2021.
