Col. Daphne Davis promoted to brigadier general
U. S. Army Reserve Col. Vernon Davis and family give a standing ovation in honor of U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Daphne Davis during her promotion and oath of office ceremony at Fort Bragg, N.C., Sept. 10, 2021. Brig. Gen. Davis previously served as the deputy to the deputy commanding general of U.S. Army Reserve Command. She has accepted the position of deputy commander general support of U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC).
