411th Engineer Battalion holds Change of Command Ceremony
U.S. Army Reserve Command Sgt. Maj. Joshua Engel renders a salute to the 411th Engineer Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Robert Donoghue on August 21 2021, at Fort Shafter Flats in Honolulu. Engel is a native of Wisconsin where he served as the First Sergeant for the 966th Engineer Company out of Milwaukee.
