The event, involving nearly 100 Army Reserve Soldiers, was part of a two-day consequence management training event focused on mass casualty decontamination, CBRN reconnaissance and medical operations along side multiple civilian agencies in and around New York City. The training involved various scenarios including rescuing patients from a Subway disaster and decontamination operations at a local hospital.
