Lane training provides a path to mission proficiency
U.S. Army Reserve Soldier Sgt. Jose' Gonzalez, a fuel supply specialist with the 1017th Quartermaster Company, headquartered at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, goes over his squad's lane testing objectives with Observer Controller Trainer Sgt. 1st. Class Adam Saurer at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 14, 2019. Lane training is a process used to evaluate unit training progress. It also gives unit leadership an update report on training already conducted at their home duty stations. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Staff Sgt. Doug Anderson.)
