KANSAS CITY, MO. - Army Reserve Col. Christina S. Garamond, outgoing commander, 209th Regional Support Command, 76th Operational Response Command passes the unit colors to Brig. Gen. Doug Cherry, deputy commanding general, 76th ORC during a change of command ceremony at the unit headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, Aug. 10.
