Army Reserve Soldiers trek 582 miles across Europe for Operation Saber Guardian 19
U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers with the 211th Regional Support Group, 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), based in Corpus Christi, Texas, drive across a bridge spanning the Danube River leading from Bulgaria to Romania on May 29, 2019. The 211th RSG Soldiers drove 582 miles over two days before arriving at Cincu, Romania to participate in Operation Saber Guardian 19. Saber Guardian 2019 is an exercise co-led by Romanian Land Forces and U.S. Army Europe, taking place from June 3-24, to enhance joint and combined interoperability across a variety of mission sets between Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, the U.S. NATO allies and Partnership for Peace Nations.
