Approximately 5,000 Army Reserve and National Guard forces participated in the exercise. First Army provided about 65 observer coach/trainers to augment their Army Reserve partners at the 91st Training Division and assist in training the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the history of the nation.
