Onesime Kaoueye, chief biomedical technician, and U.S. Army Reserve Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doug Sires, a health services maintenance technician, conduct research while Chadian Lt. Djenaissem Bekoutou, a biomedical technician, reads a manual during Medical Readiness Training Exercise 17-3 at the Military Teaching Hospital in N'Djamena, Chad, May 10. The partnered medical equipment technicians will perform diagnostic tests and repair nonfunctional medical equipment.
