U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Eddie Lawrence, of Montgomery, Ala., the command ATARS operator for the 335th Signal Command (Theater), grades Master Sgt. The APFT is designed to test the muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular respiratory fitness of soldiers in the Army.
