USO proud and Army Reserve strong
Heaven Howes, duty manager at the United Services Organization center at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, sits inside a tactical vehicle during one of her previous deployments. Howes credits her experience to her military career, which she says helped develop her drive to assist troops any way she can.
