USARC's top warrant officer hosted by 82nd Airborne Division
Chief Warrant Officer 5 Phyllis J. Wilson, the Command Chief Warrant Officer of the U.S. Army Reserve, holds a warrant officer professional development session hosted by the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 13, 2013.
