Trunk or Treat! 3d MCDS Soldiers pass out Halloween Candy
Sgt. Mugabo gave Church Street Elementary School students a chance to climb into a military vehicle during the Trunk or Treat event where 3d MCDS Soldiers handed out Halloween candy from the back of the Humvee.
