Army and Air Force Work Together to Complete Construction in Bulgaria
Soldiers with the 841st Engineer Battalion, U.S. Army Reserve complete several culverts on a tank firing range to protect roads from floodwaters during Operation Resolute Castle on August 20, 2016 at the Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria. Completing these culverts increases the longevity of the roads of the tank firing range. Operation Resolute Castle, a wide-scale military construction operation through Eastern Europe, spans across Estonia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria, and involves units from the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, Tennessee Army and Air National Guard, Mississippi National Guard, and Alabama Army National Guard.
