The 80th Training Command’s Deputy Commanding General (DCG) Brig. Gen. Steven Hayden, samples the water pumped from Engineer Lake and purified for drinking, laundry, and showers by the Water Treatment Specialist (92W). The 94th Training Division, under the 80th Training Command provided oversight and execution of the Petroleum Operations Sustainment Training (POST) program during the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise (QLLEX) from June 1 – 4, 2024.

2024 Best Squad Competition

The last task for the 80th Training Command’s squad in the 2024 Best Squad Competition was a squad and individual appearance board. Five members of the 80th Training and its three divisions joined together to compete in the 2024 Best Squad competition hosted by the 63rd Readiness Division in Camp Parks and Fort Hunter Liggett, Ca.

Holistic Health and Fitness

Air Force Staff Sgt. Alex Potts is coached through an hour-long lower body training session. Instructors from the 83rd U.S. Army Reserve Readiness Training Command, under the 100th Training Divisions, certified 26 soldiers with the Holistic Health and Fitness Integrator (H2F1) additional skill identifier (ASI).

Basic Leader's Course Complete

Basic Leader Course (BLC) soldiers complete Physical Readiness Training preparatory drill rehearsals prior to being tested on their knowledge, and execution of the drill. Instructors from the 83rd United States Army Reserve Readiness Training Center (ARRTC) under the 100th Training Division, had 32 soldiers graduate from the Basic Leaders Course (BLC).

One Team, One Fight

Spc. Ricardo Rios maintained constant communication with crane operator while soldiers secure the disabled vehicle. Regional training Site Maintenance – Fort Indiantown Gap, under the 94th Training Division, partnered with the 1st Brigade Combat Team 10th Mountain Division in Fort Drum, NY, to ensure 16 active-duty soldiers received the wheeled recovery specialist additional skill identifier.

80th Training Command FY24 Instructor of the Year Competition

Mr. James Hardin, gives a block of instruction on how to make a fantasy map during the Instructor of the Year Competition. Soldiers from all three division under the 80th Training Command competed in the 80th Training Command’s Fiscal Year 24 Instructor of the Year Competition (IOY) on October 25 – 28, 2023.
