Ultima Moment - BLC Rollout
The Army is revamping its NCO Professional Development System to be more leader-centric, sequential and progressive. The redesigned Basic Leader Course is the first resident Professional Military Education (PME) course to begin that progression. This newly redesigned course, focusing on the six Leader Core Competencies - Leadership, Communications, Training Management, Operations, Readiness, and Program Management - is being implemented at all 34 NCO Academies across the Army.
