Chief Warrant Officer 5 Sysol has served in the Armed Forces (Army and Air National Guard, and Army Reserves) for more than two decades and holds MOS qualifications in Military Police (ANG), as an Aviator qualified in the AH-1 Attack Helicopter, and as a 311A CID Special Agent.   

CW5 Sysol is a Sergeant with the Toms River (NJ) Police Department, and has worked a variety of assignments over his 20 year career to include Patrol Division, Field Training Officer, SWAT Team Member, Police Sniper, Firearms Instructor,  (Pistol and Rifle), Color Guard, Ice Rescue, and Fitness Instructor.  CW5 Sysol has been a CID Special Agent since 2003, and has been assigned as an Assistant OPS Officer, Rear Detachment Commander, and Detachment Commander.  While deployed in Iraq in 2006-2007, CW4 Sysol served as Special Agent-In-Charge of the Balad CID Office with the 90th MP Det (CID), MND North. CW5 Sysol has served as the Commander of the 348th MP Det (CID), Fort Dix, NJ, since August, 2011. 

CW5 Sysol was selected to attend the FBI National Academy and graduated in 2012. He was the first Army Reserve Soldier to ever be selected to attend the FBI National Academy.  

Most recently he was mobilized to the Protective Services Battalion, 701st Military Police Group Fort Belvoir, VA where he was the Officer in Charge of the Secretary of the Army’s security team for both metro and travel missions. 

CW5 completed the Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course in April 2016 and was promoted to Chief Warrant Officer Five.   He completed his mobilization in May 2016 and effective June 1, 2016 was assigned to the 99th Regional Support Command as the Command Chief Warrant Officer where his is the principal and senior warrant officer advisor to the Commanding General on all warrant officer matters to include training, assignments, utilization, and warrant officer readiness.
