3d Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary)

Colonel David  (Dave) R. Roscoe was a Distinguished Military Graduate, and commissioned into the Field Artillery through the Gannon University Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science. He received a Master of Science in 1996 from Gannon University and a Juris Doctorate of Law in 2000 from Capital University.

His military education includes the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, Quartermaster Officer Advanced Course, Multifunctional Logisticians Course, Combined Arms and Service Staff School, Command and General Staff College, Defense Acquisition University – Contracting, and US Army War College (July 2015).

Colonel Roscoe has held a variety of Active Duty, Army Reserve, and mobilized assignments.
