CSM Jeffrey M. Stoddard is the Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army Reserve Legal Command.
CSM Stoddard was born in Concord, California in 1965. CSM Stoddard enlisted in the United States Army in 1984 during his senior year of high school. He completed basic training at Fort Leonardwood, MO and 71D Advanced Individual Training at Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN.

Employed with the City of Copperas Cove since 1991; his assignment as the Lieutenant over the Uniformed Services Division, places thirty-nine officers under his command. CSM Stoddard holds a Masters Peace Officer Certificate; Firearms Instructor Certificate; Instructors Certificate, Field Training Officer and is the Commander of the SWAT team. CSM Stoddard is married with five children.
