Mr. James Holloway currently serves as the Command Executive Officer for the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC), Fort Belvoir, VA. Prior to assuming his present assignment in December 2024, he served as the Command Executive Officer for the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) in Indianapolis, IN.
In his role as the Command Executive Officer, Mr. Holloway provides executive leadership, management/oversight of plans, programs, and policies for the MIRC by serving as principal advisor to the Commanding General on policy matters relative to various functions of the Army Reserve program and specific missions of the Command.
Mr. Holloway’s military/civilian decorations and awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (3), Army Commendation Medal (7), Army Achievement Medal (7), Army Good Conduct Medal (4), Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M device and silver 20 year device, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (3), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (2), Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon (5), Ordnance Order of Samuel Sharpe, Honorable Order of Saint Martin, Finance Corps Honorary Member of the Regiment, Demonstrated Senior Logistician, Meritorious Civilian Service Medal and Civilian Service Commendation Medal (2).
Mr. Holloway graduated from American Military University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and received his Master of Arts Degree in Homeland Security from American Military University in 2019.
