412th Theater Engineer Command

Brigadier General Todd M. Lazaroski assumed the role of Deputy Commanding General-Support, 412th Theater Engineer Command on April 1, 2018. The 412th TEC conducts theater-level engineer operations globally and is comprised of more than 12,000 Soldiers.

Born in Bristol, Connecticut, Brigadier General Lazaroski is a graduate of Liverpool High School. Upon completion of two years at the State University of New York (SUNY), Cobleskill he transferred to SUNY ESF/Syracuse University.

Brigadier General Todd M. Lazaroski was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers in 1993 from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) Syracuse, New York. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and was commissioned into the New York Army National Guard.

Brigadier General Lazaroski’s assignments included: Horizontal and Vertical Platoon Leader, Combat Heavy Engineer Company Commander, 204th Engineer Battalion, New York Army National Guard, Engineer Lanes OCT 75th Training Command, S3 and Executive Officer 3/377th Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 95th Division, Secretary to the Generals Staff, Unites States Army Corps of Engineers- Gulf Region Division, Battalion Commander 7th Battalion Personnel Services, 95th Regiment, Executive Officer 368th FEST M, Operations Officer, J33 Joint Staff, Chief of Staff, Southern Division, 75th Training Command, Brigade Commander, 2nd Brigade, Gulf Division, 75th Training Command and Brigade Commander, 1st Brigade, 95th Division, 108th Training Command.

Brigadier General Lazaroski received a Master’s Degree from Lemoyne College in Business Administration. His military schools include Engineer Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Combined Arms School, Intermediate-Level Education Course, Advanced Operations Course and a Masters in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.

Brigadier General Lazaroski’s civilian occupation is with State Farm as a Process Analyst utilizing Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies for insurance operations and quality control.

Brigadier General Lazaroski resides in Coppell, Texas, with his wife Ellen and two children, Margaret and Philip.
