The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. 597th Transportation Brigade, U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS), Quarterly Soldier and NCO board members give a thorough after-action (AAR) review to competing Soldiers December 15, 2025, at the Rapid Support headquarters at Fort Eustis, Va., after a rigorous December board competition. Our Rapid Support senior NCOs, including Brigade Command Sgt. Major Nancy Sainz; Sgt. 1st Class Thomas Fuller, senior human resources sergeant; and Sgt.1st Class Bruce Fairley, transportation specialist; along with Sgt. Major Randall Gibson, 842nd Transportation Battalion, 597th Trans. Bde., battalion sergeant major; conducted the boards meticulously, ensuring the standard was set for future competitions- and for our future leaders... and then took the time to make sure our Soldiers received feedback to provide professional mentorship and advice on their evolving role in the Army.
