AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

On 29 August 2021, U.S. Army Reserve Ambassador Bob Pleczkowski, Pennsylvania, was the keynote speaker at American Legion Post 980 Memorial Dedication Service; this was rescheduled from Memorial Day due to COVID-19 restrictions. This provided a great opportunity to tell the Army Reserve story to the local Penn Hills and Plum community leaders and residents. ARA Pleczkowski also met and talked with cadets of the Plum Area High School Air Force ROTC program and members of their cadre RE Minuteman Scholarships and Army Reserve opportunities; he plans to have a follow up visit with them later this coming school year.
