United States Army Reserve Ambassador Arthur Leak has dedicated a lifetime to serving the nation. After an extensive and honorable military career, he now continues his commitment as an Army Reserve Ambassador (ARA) for Indiana. In this role, he works to advocate for Army Reserve Soldiers, veterans, and their families in his community.

Ambassador Highlights
From September 20-24, 2021, Ambassador Kuykendall and COL Brown, a Legislative Liaison from the 63rd Readiness Division, participated in several Meet and Greets with Arizona State Senators and State Representatives. The purpose if the meetings, were to discuss the Army Reserve Story, Minuteman Scholarships, as well discuss the Ribbon Cutting and the Memorization of the new facility located in Glendale Arizona and its economic impact to the community. Some of the participants included, Andrea Allen, Executive Assistance for Legislative Tim Dunn, Keith Forte, District Director for Congresswoman Debbie Lesko, and State Senator Kerr.
