Wreath laying honors President McKinley
CANTON, Ohio – Army Maj. Anthony Harris, left, chaplain, 307th Medical Brigade, provides the opening prayer during a wreath-laying ceremony honoring former President William McKinley, Jan. 25, 2020, in Canton, Ohio. During the ceremony at the McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, eight wreaths are placed, each honoring a separate part of his life and service.
