YAUCO, Puerto Rico - U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Emmanuel Minier, answers questions for U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Carlos J. Garcia, a public affairs professional assigned to the 220th Public Affairs Detachment, based out of Southfield, Michigan, near Yauco, Puerto Rico, Oct. 7, 2017. Minier, who is from Canovanas, Puerto Rico, is a construction supervisor assigned to the 471st Engineering Company, 448th Engineering Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group, based out of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Minier is part of a team of Army Reserve soldiers tasked with the clearing of road 372, near Yauco, during Hurricane Maria relief efforts.
