COLUMBIA, S.C. - Frances Moffett (left), a registered nurse with Moncrief Army Health Clinic at Fort Jackson, S.C., talks with Cmdr. Dawn Arlotta, United States Public Health Service, prior to recieving a patient at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in Columbia, S.C. Moffett and Arlotta were part of the Federal Coordinating Center Columbia team that was responsible for receiving patients evacuated in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria on flights from either Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, evaluating the patients, and then setting them up with care at a local hospital.
