COLUMBIA, S.C. - U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Karean Troy, the patient administration officer with Federal Coordinating Center Columbia, watches as U.S. Army Reserve and active duty Soldiers assist a patient who was evacuated from the Virgin Islands following Hurricane Maria Oct. 2 at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in Columbia, S.C.
